      Cubes - Data is extracted and grouped in hierarchies enabling the business users to drill down through the information to pinpoint the exact source of trends and anomalies. See Case Study

      Pivot Tables – Users can interact with the report to compare different factors and observe the associated results. For example , the type of product sales can be cross-referenced against the month of the year to observe seasonal trends.

      Automated Reports – Reports can be dynamically linked to Access database or SQL database so that once the information in the main database is updated, then the report in Excel for example is also updated. This is extremely useful when users need to be able to refer to the most updated information without actually accessing the actual database that is storing and generating the information.

      Drop Down Reports – Reports can be created which reference a basic set of information, for example within the Excel spreadsheet or Access. The report has a set of drop down options which when changed will update the contents of the entire report to be specific to the selected option. See Case Study
