    Build The solution will be developed to your specification.  The Data Office will provide updates on the progress of the development and will discuss any further design modifications.

    ImplementationThe solution will be provided to your business, in addition further services can be provided as required. Training can be provided to users regarding data entry, report writing, administering the system.  Documentation can be written as required, from simple one page help sheets to fully detailed user manuals detailing the functionality and illustrated with process flows or screen shots where required.

    EvaluationOngoing support and modifications can be provided to ensure the solution continues to meet the business needs.  User feedback can be coordinated and analysed to support system enhancements. Further queries and reports can be generated. Data quality and integrity checks can be performed to ensure the data is being captured accurately and consistently.  The outcome of these data validation reports may indicate system or process changes may be required to maintain the data integrity.
