Health Insurance–Reporting (using SQL Queries); Database reverse engineering and schema creation; Analysis; Data Integrity / Validation; System support & problem solving; Data collection solutions; Access Database design, documentation and training. These roles also provided us with extensive experience in product recall from the initial discussions confirming the processes and data to be captured to the creation of databases to store and track patients affected by the recall notice. This data was validated, cleansed and extracted and reports and analysis were produced for distribution to the Client Company, legal stakeholders and relevant government departments.

NHS – Workforce information collation, processing and analysis; Tracking databases developed to monitor statutory returns; NHS statutory returns produced and submitted; Commissioning Dataset (CDS) information imported into SQL Server database; Views and reports created; OLAP Cube creation and intranet data publishing; SLA Monitoring; Geographical Information Systems using MapInfo, Oracle Discoverer, Oracle Portal.

Outsourced Government project (National Joint Registry (NJR)) – regional representative; auditing; process mapping; user training; system support; reporting solution developed to assimilate weekly flat files into an OLAP cube to populate an automated report, this enables all regional coordinators to pick the chosen SHA / Trust / Hospital and generate specific reports instantly.
